He has been a partner of Studio Gusmitta & Associati since 1995, where he provides Italian and foreign multinationals with tax assistance. He can boast vast experience in the set-up of new businesses in Italy, in corporate reorganisations and acquisitions, transfer pricing and tax litigation in various sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, energy, industrial products and consumer goods, luxury goods and tax consultancy services. He is registered with the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili (Order of Chartered and Expert Accountants) of Milan and the Official Roll of Auditors. He is also involved in publishing, having edited several articles in his fields for specialised journals. He has held and continues to hold offices in boards of auditors for numerous companies.
Graduated from the University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”, Edoardo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from the University of Leiden (The Netherlands). He is licensed in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan and he is a member of the International Tax Committee. Edoardo is managing partner of Studio Pedrazzini & Associati and his practice mainly focuses on corporate reorganizations, tax and accounting aspects and international taxation.
Graduated in Business Economics at the University of “Cà Foscari” of Venice, Andrea is licensed in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Padua, and Certified Public Accountant; he is ranked among CUOA lecturers (A level) and member of KPMG International.
He developed his professional skills in the tax field, focusing first on the financial sector and then specializing in assistance and consulting in M&A operations. He conducted numerous tax due diligence for domestic and international acquisition projects, both buy-side and sell-side, and has assumed the responsibility of verification and emission of the I.P.O.’s comfort letter for major industrial groups; thanks to its well and long-established relationships with entrepreneurial families, it has developed valuable experience in planning the generational turnover and production activities in search of financial or equity partners.
He is Chairman and Statutory Auditor of several Statutory Board companies and since 2006 he has been coordinator of tax and legal activities of KPMG for the North East Area
