Emidio Cacciapuoti

Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Pavia, he is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Milan Bar. He is a partner of the ADVANT Nctm Law Firm and specializes in international taxation, corporate reorganization and investment fund structuring. For years he has been advising leading Italian and foreign operators in relation to the legislation on collective asset management. He is a teacher of the “Tax Law” course at the LIUC (Libero Istituto Universitario Cattaneo) of Castellanza.
