Paolo Maria Gusmitta

He has been a partner of Studio Gusmitta & Associati since 1995, where he provides Italian and foreign multinationals with tax assistance. He can boast vast experience in the set-up of new businesses in Italy, in corporate reorganisations and acquisitions, transfer pricing and tax litigation in various sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, energy, industrial products and consumer goods, luxury goods and tax consultancy services. He is registered with the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili (Order of Chartered and Expert Accountants) of Milan and the Official Roll of Auditors. He is also involved in publishing, having edited several articles in his fields for specialised journals. He has held and continues to hold offices in boards of auditors for numerous companies.
