Andrea Fasan

Graduated in Business Economics at the University of “Cà Foscari” of Venice, Andrea is licensed in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Padua, and Certified Public Accountant; he is ranked among CUOA lecturers (A level) and member of KPMG International. He developed his professional skills in the tax field, focusing first on the financial sector and then specializing in assistance and consulting in M&A operations. He conducted numerous tax due diligence for domestic and international acquisition projects, both buy-side and sell-side, and has assumed the responsibility of verification and emission of the I.P.O.’s comfort letter for major industrial groups; thanks to its well and long-established relationships with entrepreneurial families, it has developed valuable experience in planning the generational turnover and production activities in search of financial or equity partners. He is Chairman and Statutory Auditor of several Statutory Board companies and since 2006 he has been coordinator of tax and legal activities of KPMG for the North East Area.
